Google's forthcoming Pixel 5a 5G looks set to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G. This is the same mid-range SoC found in its current flagship, the Pixel 5 and would mark a significant upgrade for this product line.

Snapdragron 768G is SM7250 too...
The 5a is supposed to be the less expensive model. Did you expect it to have a faster SoC than the flagship? It's pretty crazy that it is equivalent for what will most likely be a lower MSRP. I don' understand why you thought it would be a wildly better SoC.
is it the Snapdragon 768G?
