CalDigit already make a 60W thunderbolt 3 dock, suitable for Apple MacBook Pro, but working with Dell XPS 9550 too (I have one), and it works through a single USB-C cable, allowing me to charge notebook and connect 2 external LCD screens, mouse, keyboard and external USB hard drives, plus RJ45 connection with a single wire.
