This says it's intended for 2 GB or less.

It's a budget phone and 3 GB is still low enough to run out easily, so Go's optimizations are probably useful. Also, maybe Android 11 features use more RAM.

HMD Global has presented the Nokia C20 Plus, another budget smartphone for the company. The C20 Plus retails for equivalent to US$110 and comes with 3 GB of RAM, a 4,950 mAh battery and 32 GB of expandable storage.
