Leaked Time Spy CPU benchmark scores for the Intel i9-10900KF show the 10-core Comet Lake part holding its own against the Ryzen 9 3900X. However, the desktop Ryzen 4000 lineup's impending launch puts its long-term relevance in question.

It may be true for desktop not for laptops.

There have been no IPC gains for 14nm Intel processors since Skylake in 2016.

Continue using 14nm and Intel will reach 6GHz by 2023
