A leaker has claimed that Apple is considering releasing two 4G variants of its upcoming iPhone 12 lineup, and the smartphones will be priced at surprisingly low points for Apple devices. The unknown source has stated a price of US$549 for the regular 4G model and US$649 for the iPhone 12 Max without 5G capability.

If there indeed is going to be such a thing as a 4G iPhone 12, then it's not that difficult to estimate the price if you believe previous leaks about 5G prices. The difference can't be too small nor too large. You've got 5G from above and SE from below. And Apple likes nice round numbers.

What's more interesting: If the rumors are true and base models are 128 GB, it would make it only 100 more than 128 GB SE. Of course, 4G versions could conceivably come with 64 and 5G with 128.
