Intel has launched the Core i9-12900KS, its most powerful Alder Lake-S desktop processor. Not only has Intel outlined how much the Core i9-12900KS costs, but also when it will be available to order. Allegedly, Intel and its partners will sell the Core i9-12900KS worldwide as a boxed processor and in pre-built systems.

The 5800X3D is going to be $439.
Likely Intel is jacking up the price ahead of the 5800X3D release and then will drop it afterward. Not exactly surprising for Intel to pull that move.
