Title: Unreleased AMD A9-9820 APU gets listed on Aliexpress: 8 Excavator cores and GCN graphics would've matched the Xbox One

An Aliexpress seller recently listed what appears to be a rare, unreleased AMD APU from the Excavator era. The 8-core A9-9820 leverage R7 350 graphics and bear striking similarities to the Xbox One's performance profile.

I don't know if the price is right ofr an old platform that is less energy-efficient.
I'd rather spend the same amount for a 2200G + mobo, which in practice will probably be faster in every conceivable way, and will have better driver support.

Aren't Excavator cores, this APU uses Jaguar cores, based on Athlon 5150 Kabini, the AM1 platform.
The core is a bit different of Piledriver based and is more similar to K10 and Ryzen: just cores without modules.

The main problem is the clock speed, it can't go faster than 2.4ghz...that's why have base speed in 1.6ghz
