Title: Windows 10 on Apple silicon up to Microsoft says Apple exec in a surprise

With the advent of Apple silicon for Macs most people had given up on the idea of Apple supporting Windows installations on its computers. The door to the prospect, somewhat surprisingly, has been opened by Apple's software chief Craig Federighi in recent interview with Ars Technica.

Oh my have times changed... At one point customers were trying to Squeeze Mac OS onto commodity hardware, now those providers are so far off the performance mark it's the reverse! How to squeeze Windows onto a specific piece of hardware.

Intel, intel, intel...

Ehm.. computers (Read: Mac) and  OS are two different things.. so I assume that you mean for commodity x86 .. Where the business model of the two companies are totally different (apple makes the OS in conjuction with their hardware), you basically  can do it with an hackint0sh. Apple don't force Windows on their machines, their customers liked the convenience on x86. They still can buy an x86 mac, so apple is not obligated to support Windows, but leaves with the statement the door open for collaboration.
