The die shots showcase Sapphire Rapids ESF parts that utilize MCM, enabling Intel to creates chips with up to 56 Golden Cove cores. Multi-socket implementations could offer enterprise customers a new Xeon option with higher IPC, better temps at 10nm, scaling up to 3-digit core counts.
