Tesla's market share of global electric vehicle sales dropped to just 10% in the spring as its Shanghai Gigafactory experienced closures due to the zero COVID-19 policy of the local Chinese government. That's a drastic three-year slump, but Tesla Giga Shanghai is finally ramping up to full capacity now.
