The thing is that the Samsung is more expensive (in Portugal where I live) has worst battery and charging is pretty much slower and it even brings a charger that is not able to corespond to the phone charging capabilities. So, if you don't want a phone just for taking pictures in mind I do find the F3 a much better deal 👌

Hope they can make a cheaper version with a midrange 7 series chipset or Dimensity 820 with 90hz screen and 48mp camera
