Ursprünglich hatte Samsung das Ziel ausgerufen bis zum kommenden Jahr 2021 seinen Fertigungsprozess auf noch kleinere 3 nm umzustellen. Durch die Coronakrise wird dies vermutlich aber nun nicht mehr vor 2022 geschehen.
