Der Wechsel weg von Intel hin zu ARM dürfte auch noch weitere Vorteile für Mac-Fans bringen, etwa Face ID als biometrische Gesichtserkennung auch am Mac. Das beliebte iPhone- und iPad Pro-Feature wird wohl zusammen mit der Truedepth-Kamera auch am Mac Einzug halten, darauf deuten Hinweise im Code von macOS Big Sur.
