It appears Xiaomi will be rolling out MIUI 12 to numerous devices over the next few weeks, and based on the model names, it will be users in India that should be getting ready for a smartphone update. An unofficial list claims to reveal the MIUI 12 update dates for the Redmi Note 7, Redmi 9 Prime, Poco M2, and the Redmi 6, 7, and 8 series.

I have the Xiaomi Mi8 ...no trace of update for me untill now ...maybe next year
