OPPO launched a first-gen premium smartwatch in 2020, then followed it up shortly afterward with a version certified to generate on-wrist electrocardiograms. This spec allowed the device to compete with the latest Apple Watches of the time. Now, a famous leaker asserts that an edition of the OPPO Watch 2 with the same ability is coming up.
