Samsung may have released Exynos 2200 versions of the Galaxy S22 series in the UK and Eurozone, but few other markets will see the company's latest chipset. Instead, Samsung is bringing Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 versions to the likes of Australia, Canada, India, South Africa and the UAE, along with China, Japan, North America and South Korea.

Don't know how the s22 ultra snapdragon variant is coming to Australia? stated in this thread that confirmed... but when checking their source from Android Authorities, it does not specifically state or mention Australia on anything.
