Motorola's automotive division had fully functioning electric cars built in the 1990s as a proof of concept. Just wanted to say that in the early 1900s I believe it was Ford had an electric truck but it took something like 48 car batteries on a pickup truck bed but they did have the first electric truck back then and it was even before the first gasoline combustion engine.
