Dell has revealed that it plans to start offering the XPS 15 with an OLED panel in March 2019. Such a laptop would be able to offer a much better contrast ratio and more vivid colors than its LCD-wielding counterparts. It's also possible the new XPS 15 might follow in the footsteps of the refreshed XPS 13 and have its webcam placed on the top edge of the screen.

Why would manufacturers even bother to get rid of PWM?? People like you and me who knows and cares about PWM are just minority like 0.1% of the population. It does no good to their business.
How about they finally release a laptop that's 16:10 or 3:2, so that it could be used not only by little girls?
Thats great and all, but lets get pc monitors into oled rather than laptops. Smh

Maybe gamers and media consumers don't. But anyone who work for living know and care. Like everybody.
IT, design... zero chances for PWM.
hopefully they fix the long-standing issues like the audio latency issue..and they better use the new cooling solution that will help with throttling.
Can you send me code of model display?
