Yes this is true. I had same experience at a period when I had no option than to go hire a hacker online to get it fixed in 2 days. Good enough i met a professional that got the job well done. It doesn't really matter how good the laptop performs in tests if the company cannot be a trusted supplier and honour Customers warranties without trying to rip them off. Sales creates customers, service retains them, creating future sales. Disrespect your customers and you lose them, many companies can attest to this.

It's just a Visual Studio Code skin. The same could be done with the stock VS Code + Extensions.
