I will not buy a Xiaomi phone again cuz this is so disappointing.they have only pulled android 10 for this device.like a friend said this device isn't even a year old...

It's understandable, considering Xiaomi have to cover a lot of phones to support, it's their own mistakes though. And mediatek g90t here perhaps also plays a role. The richer the ecosystem, the easier to get things done: I hardly see any device other than Redmi Note 8 Pro that comes with G90T. Realme 6 was just barely released.

But Redmi Note 6 Pro hasn't got Android 10 still. No mention of this phone in MIUI 12 beta either.
