Title: Review Asus VivoTab Note 8 (M80TA) Tablet
Post by: Redaktion on April 23, 2014, 10:34:07
Windows for the back pocket. Windows 8 is gaining ground, particularly in the tablet segment. Although Android is still clearly dominating the mass market, many manufactures offer smaller 8-inch tablets with a full Windows install and thus x86 program-compatibility. With success?

No mention is made regarding the functionality of the USB port. Is an OTG adapter required to connect to peripherals?

For those asking about external hard drive support. With an OTG cable and non-powered usb hub I can connect a card reader and usb powered harddrive and copy/access files with no problem. Larger external hard drives with their own power source also connect with no problem.
