I think this is a smart move on AMDs behalf. It makes no sense to ignore a segment of the market if they're able to compete and perhaps make more powerful APUs than the competition. From what I seen of the Qualcomm processors many of them are running at very high TDP and being compared to Apple processors running at a fraction of wattage. We'll just have to wait and see when these processors come out to see how powerful they actually are.

Ich vermisse auch unabhängige Tests, die diesen sagenumwobenen Leistungszuwachs verifizieren. Die meisten Reviews (auf Youtube) testen nur die out-of-the-box Leistung, und danach ist fertig. Man kanns den Testern aber auch nicht verübeln, weil die müssten quasi alle 2-3 Wochen nochmal einen Test machen. Irgendwann ist wohl einfach die Luft raus...
Daneben finde ich es aber auch merkwürdig, wieso jetzt das BIOS auch noch Leistung bringen soll. Ich dachte bisher, dass einfach nur die Grafiktreiber suboptimal sind, aber wenn jetzt schon BIOS Updates notwendig sind... was ist da los? Und wenn dort schon BIOS Updates nötig sind, müssten dann nicht auch bei sämtlichen Notebooks mit Meteor Lake auch BIOS Updates gemacht werden?
Baustellen überall...

Die Konsole ist den Preis halt absolut nicht wert. Wir reden hier von einem Gerät was auf Android aufbaut. Die meisten Handys können 80% der Spiele im AppStore problemlos abspielen. Wer hier zuschlägt, anstelle sich ein Gerät mit offenem Betriebssystem (Steam Deck, Asus und Co) oder direkt eine Switch zuzulegen weiß glaube ich nicht wohin mit seinem Geld.
