Suunto smartwatches gain advanced running metrics with new Stryd app

A new SuuntoPlus Stryd sport app is now available, providing advanced running metrics for smartwatches. Stryd is a running power meter which must be purchased separately from the Suunto wearable. Real-time measurements included with the app are Leg Spring Stiffness, Impact Loading Rate, Vertical Oscillation and Ground Contact Time.
