In addition to the usual system optimizations and general bug fixes, the OxygenOS 9.5.9 OTA update for the OnePlus 7 Pro comes with new enhancements for the camera: improved back-to-front switching, faster autofocus, advanced Panorama mode photo-stitching, as well as better quality of 48 MP JPG images in Pro mode.

That seems clickbait as there are not new features. Only bug fixes and improvements

Well, advanced photo-stitching IS NEW, in fact. Other than that, you might be right. However, using "..comes with one new feature and various improvements.." would have made the title a bit awkward, don't you think?
