Pete Lau is the CEO of OnePlus, an OEM with a late-2020 flagship phone refresh on the way. He has taken to Weibo to discuss lag in mobile devices of this tier. The executive also indicated that the impending 8T will resist it until it is 3 years old at the earliest.

Here my OnePlus 5 working smoothly , completed 3 years on August 5th
