Does it reintroduce AptX support for the Mate 20 X? Really angry Huawei removed this in EMUI 10. I'm going to downgrade back to 9 if still not added in.

The p20 will not be getting an update to Emui 10.1. It tells you that on their official website.
Tengo el huawei p30 pro vog-l29 y aun no me llega el emui 10.1, que tiempo mas debo esperar porque ni por beta huawei me ha entrado, saludos
