Intel Tiger Lake-H45 processors are coming, and they are on their way to Lenovo's Legion gaming laptops. So far, retailers have revealed the Legion 5i 15ITH6, Legion 5 17ITH6H and Legion 7 16ITHG6, with Intel Core i5-11400H, Core i7-11800H and Core i9-11980HK processors, respectively.

The 11th generation Intel core i9 processors are not listed on the Intel processor spec finder yet, hopefully soon!
It's nonsensical to say that someone "restricts i5" to some amount of cores. The i5 is a name. A six-core processor is a thing. You can not create or give a name and then "restrict" the name. As if it was in danger of escaping or expanding otherwise. One should rather say that Intel has decided to not call any eight-core processor i5. Otherwise it's like saying that I restricted Pete to being Pete and did not allow Harry to be Pete also.
