Blackview has started selling the Tab 10 Pro, an Android tablet based around MediaTek MT8788V and a 1200p display. The Tab 10 Pro retails for US$239.99 and can be purchased with a US$39.99 detachable magnetic keyboard.

The whole time I was reading this, I thought it was the same company as the dashcam manufacturer from Korea. But that's Blackvue. I wonder how many other people make that mistake, and I wonder how Blackvue feel about it.

Looking at the Amazon page for Blackview, the devices (at least the phones) appear to be rebrands of Umidigi products -- which are actually pretty solid budget phones (I own one).

The Blackview tab 10 pro looks pretty good in terms of specs and features including the mediatek chipset and the big battery
