Lavoie, McLaren Applied's e-scooter brand, is rumored to be negotiating to acquire e-bike brand VanMoof. It appears that they are one of two parties currently in the running, with the final decision date unclear. Lavoie revealed its first product, the Series 1 e-scooter, earlier this year, with deliveries expected in November.
