Tipster @momomo_us recently shared what appear to be Canadian store listings for the Pentium Gold G7400 and the Celeron G6900. It is possible that these chips are lower-end Alder Lake parts, but a lack of further information means that they may well be refreshes of previous-gen 14nm silicon.

"If this is indeed an entry-level Alder Lake CPU, it'll be interesting to see the G7400 in something like the Surface Go."
Uh? The G7400 is the replacement for a 58W socketed CPU (G6400), so I don't think it's really appropriate for the Surface Go... Personally I see the hybrid parts as more appropriate, something like an updated Lakefield featuring one or two Golden Cove cores and four-six Gracemont cores.
With 6MB of cache, that's going to be 2 clusters: 2P, 1P+4E, or 8E
