Would you mind test the CPU and GPU benchmark in the "Ultra Performance" setting? Your result seems conflict with the LaptopMedia (e.g. their 3D marr timespy graphic is 3701). Not sure which one to believe cause that's a huge difference (all the way from bad performance to top tier)

It makes no sense for an x86 company to launch an ARM soc. X86 can be more efficient than ARM if it is molded for it from the start.

It may take even 1h to hack the macbook (time window required between 1-10h). We heard a lot about issues with Asus service in America recently, however I believe that the most basic right of customers around the world is to know if the system they buy is safe, and if not- what they should be aware of. Having full information, customers may make decision to buy the product or not.
