Dr Lisa Su, AMD's CEO, has informed investors that the Ryzen 7000 and Radeon RX 7000 series will be ready this year, both major product launches. While Ryzen 7000 processors will arrive with Zen 4 cores, AMD will base Radeon RX 7000 GPUs on its new RDNA 3 architecture.

Not to complain about but both intel&amd (Nvidia) need VTFET process node to reduce power consumption.
SoCs up to 300W
Gpu up to 500W.

I think stacking more transistors vertically will only increase power consumption. Power consumption is pretty much directly related to number of transistors. So whatever the node, process, if you keep doubling the number of transistors over and over, the power requirements will keep going up.
