Nach seinem ARM-basierten Tablet Surface RT will Microsoft im Januar 2013 das Surface mit Windows 8 Pro und 64 GByte Speicher für rund 900 Euro anbieten. Das Tablet-Modell mit 128 GByte soll knapp 1.000 US-Dollar kosten.
