Putting a magnetic lid that close to these systems is a recipe for disaster.

Some people don't understand magnets, and therefore think that they would somehow interfere or cause issue.... Which ofcourse is o ly the case with certain older technologies like magnetic hard drives or crt monitors.

There's no issue at all having a magnet near a raspberry pi.
