Blimey, it's so expensive compared to Xiaomi or Realme. Please don't get started with the software/OS support. I know most Chinese vendor, Xiaomi included, is know for lazy/slow Android upgrades, especially when compared to their heavy skin MIUI. But running almost similar stock Android/CAF, is basically much easier to maintain and update. And if they want to save more, they could just offer to unlock the bootloader and gives an up to date, complete kernel source, and the community will do the rest. They won't need to maintain it again (except for the kernel part). Many will be interested to compile custom ROM, with up-to-date patch, with additional features, with enforcing, encryption, whatever that still make it secure, and could support even longer than just 3 years Android OS updates. Sure it's not official, but enthusiasts usually works faster rather than the manufacturer, and it's free. That's what I thought.
