LG's next flagship smartphone the G8X ThinQ has been leaked ahead of its official unveiling at IFA Berlin next month. The device is a minor evolution of the LG G8 ThinQ in terms of its outward appearance shifting from a multi-functional wide notch to a smaller teardrop notch along with some other notable changes.

Yup it's a step backwards too. The waterdrop notch only works when the top bezel is as thick as the side bezels, when it's as thick as the bottom it's hardly an improvement in design, bezels that thick could've housed the front camera without any notch and the receiver's opening could've been a slit where glass meets metal. Also removing a camera when they weren't really ahead in the imaging game...

We'll have to see how V60 turns out.

Seems more like a downgrade.
