It will, but in a really small amount as most of the gamers on Switch are here for "Nintendo" games and (probably) just a small portion of players bought Switch for games like AAA style Diablo, Doom, Wolfenstein etc.
Almost the same thing as the AYA NEO.

This is for people who actually want powerful Switch Pro, that Nintendo screwed up for what they just released now.

Sure I can see it as a more grown up Switch but it's no challenger, as much as I like what I see from the Deck the will be lucky to sell a fraction of Switch sales.
I see this as Win/AYA/Xplayer challenger and really think those are going to really struggle trying to keep up with what the Deck has to offer , close to twice the performance for hundreds less.
