Apparently launching in Q4 2020, the proposed specifications for the RTX 3080 Ti would make it significantly more powerful than any current consumer desktop GPU. The RTX 3080, RTX 3070 and RTX 3060 do not seem half bad either, though.

While I can believe the specs of that GA100 chip, there's no way it's a "3080 Ti". It's so much more powerful than the next chip down it makes way more sense for that to slot in as a Titan-level card.
This can't be true. GeForce 20 had enormous chips, and you're saying they've doubled the numer of cores.
