Title: Hands-on: Microsoft Surface Go 2 LTE and Brydge 10.5 Go+ Keyboard
Post by: Redaktion on August 31, 2020, 10:51:42
Microsoft's revamped Surface Go 2 is, for some people, the potential sweetspot in Microsoft's Surface 2-in-1 lineup. It is relatively light and portable, now has a decent 10.5-inch display (up from a 10-inch display on the original) and it even comes with the option of a more powerful Intel Core m3-8100Y variant this time around. On this occasion, we've paired it with the new Brydge 10.5 Go+ keyboard, which has recently been announced and is shipping soon. Can this combo make our netbook dreams of yore come true?

Yes you can charge the surface go2 via USB-C. Not mentioned in the review is the front facing camera : 1080p HD video. Much better than the usual 720p HD found in most laptop. The surface Go2 is almost ideal for Teams/Zoom/Jitsi/etc..

Updating the article to correct. USB-C charging is enabled despite the device still shipping with a Surface Connect charger. The plus side here is that you can charge the device while keeping the USB-C port free for connectivity.

I prefer the go 1 as it is lighter.
Hope next gen will be lighter.
