Laptops featuring the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU promise a great gaming and content creation experience, but the lack of prominent TGP information means that buyers will not be able to get a fair estimate of the laptop's graphics prowess by merely looking at the spec sheet. In this article, we aim to provide a comprehensive list of laptops that feature the RTX 3070 Laptop GPU along with their rated TGP values. This information will be updated continuously as newer models become available.

Thanks for the list. I'm curious about the TDP made available by companies like Razer. Guess we'll have to wait.
This is a good list for check RTX30 TDP, please keep continue the update.

We are trying to contact as many OEMs as possible and will update the table accordingly. :)

Thank you. Please keep checking back as it will be updated and improved over time.
Congratulations to the author and the Notebookcheck team for coming up with this idea. Especially with very few OEMs specifically mentioning the TGP values, this will serve as a great guide.
However, I noticed that the 3060 article had a "battery capacity (Wh)" values column, which has since been removed and does not appear in the 3070 or the 3080 articles either.
I hope the column is added again, as most tech sites gloss over this spec which is quite useful while considering a laptop..
Thank you for this exhaustive list, however I think you forgot one model from Asus, the TUF Gaming A15 FA506QR-AZ001T.
Or is it listed under a different code?
Thank you
Great idea and great post. Do you have any idea if and when Lenovo will communicate on the subject of their latest line's TGP? Or when laptops will be sent to independant reviewers?
A swedish shop (inet) lists the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro - 16" with 125 W + 15 W (GeForce RTX 3070, (Max-P)).

Thank you, Abhimanyu. The battery column has been added in all three pages now. Must been removed by mistake :)

That's a good find, Jean. Quickly glancing over the specs, it seems that the primary difference between the TUF Gaming A15 FA506QR-HN047T and the one you've mentioned seems to be WRT screen refresh rates, though it does seem to add up significantly to the price. We'll check with Asus if there are any other differences and include here if needed. :)
awesome post :)
Thank you!
ASUS TUF Gaming A17 (2021) - FA706QR-HX004T would be the same as A15, just like strix series. Well its a guess :-)

Thank you, I'll try to find it!
inet.se also lists the Legion 7 with a 3080 with 115 W + 15 W and a version with a 3070 with 125 W + 15 W just like the Legion 5 Pro.
very useful. keep up the great work!
I cant Thank you guys enough for this. Great work whoever did this. I love you guys!

Hey, like that guy pointed out, the battery capacity column is gone again.
It would be quite helpful if its added back!
Where is your source that the MSI GP76 Leopard 10UG has 6gig VRAM? Its specs on the MSI webpage says 8gig
Update: Lenovo Legion 5 (2021) comes with 144Hz (15.6" and 17.3") and 165Hz (15.6" model only) panels.
Biggest issue: all panels are limited to 300cd/m² brightness which is unsuitable for anything outdoor or near a window.
The 2020 Legion 5 did not have the hinge quality control issues experienced by Legion 7 (all Intel models) experienced and continue to do so until today.
I see very little reason to buy the Legion 7 over Legion 5 Pro because the RTX 3070 will perform nearly equally to the RTX 380 of the Legion 7 because all Legion chassis are thermally constrained above 130W anyway...
Still no word on the Lenovos' TGP ?
I called Acer for the Nitro 5. The employee said that the new product were tested with 80 Watt TGP but its not safe now to say that it will come out with only 80 Watts or maybe more.
Thanks! Do you have any information what the TDP on this rog strix model will be?
Rog strix g15, rtx 3070 with ryzen 7 4800h
Asus ROG STRIX G15 G513 AMD Ryzen 7-4800H 16GB 512GB SSD 15.6 Inch FHD 144Hz GeForce RTX 3070 8GB Windows 10 Gaming Laptop G513IR-HN016T
(found on laptopdirect co uk)
Asus TUF Gaming A17 FA706QR - GPU boost should be 1290MHz I guess. Thats what GPU-Z shows to me now.
MSI GP76 Leopard 10UG with 3070 6 gb video memory? Is correct?
An official Lenovo Weibo post confirms 140W TGB for Legion 5 Pro and 7 that use RTX 3070 (posted in Reddit's Lenovo sub).
Unclear about RTX 3070 TGP in Legion 5 where the RTX 2060 ran without thermal throttling at 115W TGP.
Great insights! The difference between different models of the same manufacturer can be quite big (e.g MSI GS66 and GE66 where GS is the more expensive model)
Hi, just got the Lenovo Legion 5 pro 16ACH.
The TGP is at 115W on "auto" mode and it can boost at 140W in "performance" mode. And good to know, the fans aren't at full speed constantly on performance mode which is very good.
Anyway very good pc, got it at 1800€ / 2100$, not a great deal but i got it.
And another thing, you can fit 2x 2280 m.2 SSDs.
Amazing! Please update with the new models.
Hi. I have upate info about TGP of one model:
82JY0001GE = 130W
82JQ001FGE = 140W
82JQ007JMH = 140W
