AMD Navi 23 entry-level desktop gaming GPUs expected to launch this April for a bit over $350

Another paper launch this soon after the RX 6700 XT release? Sure the MSRP is expected around $350, but we are not sure if actual retail prices could be close to those figures. Navi 23 will supposedly launch under the RX 6500 moniker and should also come along with mobile versions.

Pricing is not guaranteed, and who says this is their entry line? So this might be $300 MSRP, and there will be cut N23 cards a tier lower for real midrange. Then- Navi24 seems to be perfect for entry tier 4GB cards.

Yeah, no matter how you twist it, $350 isn't "entry-level" and won't be for another half century if inflation continues at current rates. Prices and availability are both insane right now, but $350 is solidly upper mid-range no matter what. The RX 6700 XT at $480 is firmly high-end. The only current-gen GPU deserving the mid-range moniker is the $329 RTX 3060 ... if it was available anywhere near those prices, that is. Entry-level is below $200, and ideally closer to $150 or below as $200 is historically the lower mid-range sweet spot for GPU pricing.

I really hope things calm down a bit in the coming months.

Came here to say the same thing. I'd like to take a moment to thank all the Nvidiots who lapped up Titan, xx80Ti and RTX GPUs, and made it painfully obvious to the financial bods at both Nvidia and AMD that a huge section of the market would bear these obscene costs, leaving the low-end buyers to fumble around with last-gen (or the gen before that) tech.
