Qualcomm looks like it is preparing a new Snapdragon Wear chip to coincide with the launch of Google and Samsung's Wear OS 3. The new chip appears to carry the Snapdragon Wear 5100 branding that would make the successor to last year's Snapdragon Wear 4100.
