Title: NVIDIA launches a new RTX GPU, but not as you'd expect
Post by: Redaktion on August 27, 2019, 15:23:58
The RTX T10-8, which recently appeared in AIDA64 changelogs, is a new RTX GPU but not as we thought. A recent NVIDIA press-release hinted at what the intended purpose of the T10-8 would be, and it is not an RTX 2080 Ti SUPER. You can still take advantage of the new GPU though if you know where to look.

A special model just for one streaming service? Why?

Nvidia saves money by using its own processors.
Stadia already has AMD gpus.
Other streaming services use rented servers most likely so could have either AMD or Nvidia or some other. Nvidia wants their service to be the best so they will try to make the best solutions for themselves.
I say all this as my thought opinion based on fore-knowledge and practicality.
