The global version of MIUI 12 has reached the Mi Mix 2, but there is a catch. Unlike many other devices, the Mi Mix 2 remains on Android 9.0 Pie, despite the existence of Android 10 and Android 11 versions of MIUI 12 being in circulation.

I had a Xiaomi mi5 Pro and actually I have a Xiaomi mi8. I was thinking about buying another Xiaomi, but now I'm almost given up to buy it because of the the update which the Xiaomi is not good at all. I'm still waiting the miui 12 update on my Xiaomi mi8. I'm thinking to switch from Xiaomi to OnePlus.

Yes. Disappointed for not updating to Android 10 for mi Mix2 which is a premium device lineup.
But OTA and ROM, both needs to be installed?
First I got 787mb but it failed to install. In next attempt, I got 2gb and it got installed.
But many features are missing.
No floating windows feature.
No camera features.
No super wallpaper animations.
No always-on display feature.
Today i received this update for my mix2, but since than i can't find the Mi Browser...It looks like it is hidden by the system. Does anybody have an idea, why?
