This has been updated for August 2018 and you have already reviewed Note 9 which has the same camera as the s9 plus which is second in this table.

Why is s9 second but note 9 missing?

I got Vivo x30 pro with RAW on all cameras(hi res + raw) and EAF. Right now the only phone with Raw on 5x tele, I think it's worth being here, after all it's like alternative for photographers.

Some update on camera phones: Vivo X70pro+ stays as best for ultra wide and normal fov with hi res stills. Sony 1III/5III are best for fast focus and burst shooting. Lately Samsung got a raw app for their phones, so as option with the highest (10x) zoom, their flagships are the best, so are their foldable phones, which get that raw app, as option of folding and raw shooting option on all cameras.

I don't think this is the list we're looking for, the list should contain core camera specs like sensor size, resolution, aperture, separately for each of the modules of course. And another list of video codecs, bitrate color gamut etc. Take a page from DPR's book.
