Xiaomi confirmed a short while ago that it would finally remove the Clean Master app and service from its phones in India, following the ban of the app by the government. The promised update has arrived for the Mi Cleaner app but things may not always be as they seem.

99.99 % of cleaner apps are for malicious purposes only. And removing the app without any objection, as soon as they were called out really tells you something...You should stay the hell away from Xiaomi..
