The new BD790i motherboard comes pre-installed with a top-of-the-line Ryzen 9 7945HX mobile APU for $519. Users can add up to 64 GB DDR5-5200 RAM, speedy PCIe 5.0 SSD storage via 2x M.2 slots and a dGPU on the included PCIe 5.0 X16 slot.

This doesn't make any sense when a full Legion 5 Pro with 7945HX + 16GB/1TB + 4060 + 16"@165Hz and a full keyboard with battery is sold from China for $1100-1200 including shipping and a one-year warranty from the seller.

It's simply too expensive. The price of such a miniPC on the market is no more than $350. For 520 there should already be at least 32GB of RAM and at least 1TB SSD.

A mini pc is very restrictive with no option for a dedicated GPU and most that I've seen do not have 16 core processors topping out at 8. The 7950X costs $550 alone without a motherboard or cooling, and m-itx AM5 motherboards aren't cheap. A laptop and this are just not comparable products

I hate Numpads

Do you've any suggestions for something with a centered trackpad (not shifted to left or right) and no numpad (I hate numpads on laptops)?

Also that pricing is irrelevant to most people as they're not going to go through the hassle of importing internationally and having to go through customs and pay additional VAT fees. In the event that something goes wrong and you need to send it back for something, it's a real pain and gets complicated.
