The unofficial render image depicts a quite attractive electric SUV, whose subcompact dimensions should also be suitable for city driving. However, Volkswagen's electric crossover probably won't be as affordable as the actual counterpart to the Tesla Model 2, the regular VW ID.2.https://www.notebookcheck.net/Volkswagen-ID-2-X-Small-electric-SUV-based-on-VW-s-Tesla-Model-2-competitor-shows-up-in-a-gorgeous-render-image.704034.0.html
I don't think this is a SUV. VW presented as a hatchback with exterior dimensions and price of a Polo and interior space of a Golf.
Since the 30k€ Model 3 and ID3 ended up being 50+k€ cars, it is safe to assume these 25k€ will actually cost 40k€
