SIXT picks Tesla's main competitor BYD for a 100,000 electric rental cars order

Unlike NIO, Buffett-backed BYD priced its electric vehicles higher in the West than in China and still it managed to score a huge 100,000 EV order by rental car juggernaut SIXT. The fleet will be delivered in batches, just like Tesla's US$4.2 billion deal with Hertz for the same amount of electric cars.
