Title: A Huawei Mate 40 RS teardown reveals an ultra-fast in-house memory chip
Post by: Redaktion on November 03, 2020, 18:23:30
The Huawei Mate 40 RS is a special edition of its new flagship smartphone series with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. A new report indicates that the latter spec is handled not by a standard mobile ROM module but by one developed by the OEM itself. It is allegedly faster than state-of-the-art UFS 3.1 flash memory found in some top-end 2020 devices.
